Obituary for Cecily Billings Stack Cecily Billings Ward Stack October 29,1929- October 8, 2018. Predeceased by her daughter Debi, and husbands Edward William Ward Jr. And F. T Stack. Cecily is survived by son Edward William Ward III.

(JoAnn) and daughter Betsy (Andres) and son-in law David (Angela). Two half-sisters, Lane (Bob) and Joanna. 6 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren.

Cec was born in NYC, and grew up in Morristown, NJ. She attended Kent Place School in Summit, NJ and Wellesley College. She married Ted in 1949 and was widowed in 1990.

She married Bud Stack and moved to Isle of Palms, SC in 1993. Cec and Ted lived and raised their children in Berkeley Heights, NJ for 35 years . They were members of Calvary Episcopal Church, Summit, NJ.

Cec became a realtor when her children were grown. While she lived on the IOP she was an active golfer, tennis player and member of The Snee Farm Country Club. Cecily was also an active member and volunteer for the IOP Exchange Club .

Cec and Bud spent their summers on Long Beach Island and were members of the Brant Beach Yacht Club. Cec enjoyed entertaining, cooking, gardening, and the beach with her family and friends. Immediate family are gathering this week and a celebration of her life will be held at a future date.
