Chance Allen Ray Townsend, 6, of Bellevue passed away Monday, February 18, 2019 after a lifelong health battle surrounded by family and friends. Chance had an infectious smile that would light up a room! He was adored by everyone who knew him!

He is survived by his mother, Apryl Townsend; brother, Bryan Townsend; grandparents, Pamela Brugnone and Earl Townsend, Jr.; Great-grandparents, Anthony and Opal Brugnone and Wilma Townsend; Aunts: Brittany (John) Beaver and Cassandra Wilhelm; cousins: Gavin and Ronan Beaver and numerous great aunts, uncles, cousins, and special nurses. He is preceded in death by his great grandfather, Earl Ray Townsend. A celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at 3 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church, 1000 W. Gardner Road, Bellevue, Ohio 44811.
