Matthew Foster, 26, of Bellevue passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at The Cleveland Clinic. He was born April 14, 1992 the son of William Foster Jr. and Heather (Giammella) Richardson. Matt was a loving, dedicated father and loved to spend time with his family.

He enjoyed writing poems, music, and artwork. He was a generous and kind soul and his infectious smile will be missed. He is survived his wife, Chelsey (Richter), whom he married July 8, 2017 in Sandusky.

His daughter, Hailey of Bellevue; father William (Jessica Flanigan) Foster Jr. of Bellevue; mother, Heather Richardson of Rome, NY; Siblings: Chelsey (Josh Lindsey) Reilly of Bellevue, Mark (Christina Forgac) Foster of Clyde, Larry Richardson Jr. of Norwalk, Cody (Tori) Richardson of Bellevue, Madison Flanigan of Fremont, Alexis Foster of Fremont, Jordan Foster of Bellevue, and Jaden Foster of Bellevue; Grandmothers, Barbara Deshaw of Rome, NY and Cheryl Flanigan of Bellevue; sister-in-law’s, Brittany (Kyle Gray) Richter of Sandusky and Amber Richter of Florida; Father-in-law, David and Jolynn Richter and Mother-in-law, Heidi and Gary Baker Jr. Along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and a nephew. He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Mark and Janet Giammella and paternal grandparents, William and Sharon Foster Sr. Friends will be received on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 from 4 p.m. until a memorial service begins at 7 p.m. at Foos & Foos Funeral Service, 151 Yorkshire Place, Bellevue, Ohio 44811.
