Cheryl L. Meade, age 54 of Bellevue, passed away Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Promedica Toledo Hospital. Cheryl was born March 27, 1964 in Schenectady, NY the daughter of Roy Welch and Barbara Rigali. Cheryl is survived by her daughter, Bobbie (David) Gardner of Columbus; mother, Barbara Rigali of Bellevue; grandchildren: Hailey, Courtney, and Elijah; and brothers: Tim Welch of Bellevue, and Danny Thomas of Sandusky.

Cheryl is preceded in death by her father, Roy Welch. The family will be holding a memorial gathering on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 2-5:00pm at the Sandusky Fraternal Order of Eagles, 1235 W Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870. Foos and Foos Funeral Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
