Obituary for Charlene Puckett Charlene Lieble Puckett, age 76, of 750 Palace Blvd, Clifton Forge, Virginia died Saturday, February 2, 2019 at Lewis Gale Medical Center in Salem. She was born July 9, 1942 in Indianapolis, Indiana to the late Charles and Gwendolyn Budd Lieble. She was a retired radiology technician for the former Chesapeake and Ohio Hospital.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Alexander Puckett, Sr, and a sister, Patricia Lieble. She is survived by two sons, Wayne Eric Puckett of Roanoke and Marshall A. “Mark” Puckett and wife Erica of Covington and a brother, Charles Lieble of Alabama. In keeping with her wishes, her body has been cremated.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Pastor John Godfrey officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Nicely Funeral Home.
