Charles Edward “Eddie” Jackson, Jr., 65, of Murfreesboro, TN passed away Monday, September 24, 2018 at his residence. The Murfreesboro, TN native was a former student at Hendersonville High School, avid Vanderbilt Football and St. Louis Cardinal baseball fan and U. S. Army veteran. He was a son of the late Charles Edward Jackson, Sr. and Margaret Jane Harvill Ethridge.

He is survived by 3 brothers: James Harvill Brown, Hartsville, TN; Shayne Anthony Ethridge, Scottsville, KY; Arthur Ralph Ethridge, Jr., Hendersonville, TN; A loving niece: Kara Dawn Ethridge, Scottsville, KY; 2 Nieces: Michelle Brown, Gallatin, TN and Stephanie Demonbreun, Murfreesboro, TN; Nephew: Jason Brown, Castalian Springs, TN; 2 great nephews: A.J. and Zayden, Scottsville, KY; An aunt: Linda Cooper and husband, Bill. He was preceded in death by a loving aunt: Rebecca Hite Harvill. Memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Sunday, October 14, 2018 at Connection Church Assembly of God with Rev.

Sam Tollison officiating. Visitation will be after 2:00 p.m. until funeral time at the church at 311 North 3rd Street, Scottsville, KY. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations for funeral expenses.
