Steven Foster Hurt, 64, of Scottsville, KY passed away Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Cal Turner Rehab & Specialty Care. The Tompkinsville, KY native was a former employee of G. E. and A. O. Smith and member of Tompkinsville First United Methodist Church. He was a son of the late Wendell Foster Hurt and Jean Harper Hurt.

He is survived by his wife: Shirley Sue Osborne Hurt, Scottsville, KY; 2 step daughters: Lisa Vincent, Scottsville, KY and Tonya Edge, Louisville, KY; 2 brothers: Donald Neal Hurt and wife, Becky, Russell Springs, KY and John Harper Hurt and wife, Janie, Tompkinsville, KY; 1 aunt: Ann Perkins Lane, Scottsville, KY; 5 step grandchildren and several step great grandchildren. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Harper officiating and cremation to follow.

Visitation will be after 9:00 a.m. Saturday at until funeral time at Goad Funeral Home.
