Charlotte P. Chick, 79, of Columbia passed away on May 21, 2018 at University Hospital. Funeral services will be held at Bach-Yager Funeral Chapel at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 23, 2018. The family will receive friends from noon until time for the service.

Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery. Charlotte was born July 6, 1938, in Monticello, Kentucky to Hulbert Denton and Myrtle Lee Hancock Ballenger and they preceded her in death. She is survived by her five children, Sheryl Jo Nichols, Deborah Lamberson, James Franklin Chick Jr., Sherry Jean Chick, Bonnie Chick, all of Columbia; eight grandchildren, Kristy (Steve) Talley of Arkansas, Kathy (Jared) Rogers of Ohio, Crystal (Dave) Calvert of Columbia, Joe (Caresse) Chick of Rolla, Pfc.

Matthew Chick of Ft. Benning, Georgia, Sgt. Christopher James Chick (Amanda) of Washington state, Heather Chick of Columbia, and Jamie Chick of Columbia; four siblings as well as eleven great-grandchildren.
