Mr. Christopher Earnest Spainhour, age 55, of Mount Airy NC, passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019. He was born on November 11, 1963 to Earnest Edward Spainhour and Virginia Hines Spainhour. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him, and his cherished memories will be held close to their hearts.

Chris is survived by his brother, Eddie Spainhour, sisters; Linda Atkins, Laura Hoover, Nancey Spencer and Elizabeth Neal, two nieces, Latasha Knaach, Tabitha Caudle, adopted mom; Ann Woodruff, ex-wife; Barbara Easter, best friend; Jr. Summers, Donna Bradshaw, sister-n-law; Debra Summers, Tanya Pierce, brother-n-law; Harold (Lorie) Summers. He was preceded in death by his parents; Earnest Edward Spainhour and Virginia Hines Spainhour, brother; Richard Spainhour, sister; Susie Spainhour A memorial service will be conducted on Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Cox Needham Funeral Home at 3:00 PM with Rev. Ronnie Easter officiating.
