Chuck’s Obituary Charles V. “Chuck” Reynolds, age 74, Joplin, passed away on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Landmark Hospital in Joplin. Chuck was born November 17, 1944 in Bolivar, Missouri, son of the late Clyde V. Reynolds and Iva Arlene Streiner Reynolds. He graduated from Bolivar High School, and worked for years with Starlite Tool and Dye as a foreman in the shipping and receiving department He was a very active member of Free Will Baptist Church, where he was involved with the construction of the building, taught Sunday School Classes, and was a Deacon.

Survivors include his sons, Paul David Reynolds and wife Rina of Brookings, South Dakota, Troy Reynolds of Joplin; daughter in law, Monica Reynolds of Joplin; seven grandsons, Andrew Reynolds and wife Emily of Newport News, Virginia, Logan Reynolds of Joplin, Mackenzie Reynolds and India of Joplin, William Reynolds of Brookings, South Dakota, Silar Reynolds, Wyatt Reynolds both of Joplin, and Thomas Reynolds of Brookings; special granddaughter, Maggie “Mag Pie” Smith of Joplin; sisters, Sondra Fletcher and husband Ernie of Grove, Oklahoma, Sharon Thompson and husband Mike of Coffeyville, Kansas; brothers, Ron Reynolds and wife Elaine, and Don Reynolds and wife Jo all of Columbus, Kansas; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be Friday, March 8, 2019 at 12:00 Noon in Carterville Cemetery with Rev. Brian Brinkhoff officiating.

Interment will follow in Carterville Cemetery; with grandsons serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends at Parker Mortuary on Friday from 10:00 until 11;30 a.m. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Donor’s favorite Sunday School class.
