Bay City, Michigan Beloved mother and grandmother passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at McLaren Flint Region. Age 62 years. The daughter of the late Sam and Barbara (Markusic) Restifo, Cindy was born on January 4, 1957 in Saginaw, Michigan.

She was formerly married to Tom Clifford, Sr. and they remained good friends. She was employed at Saginaw Valley State University for 34 years. Cindy enjoyed playing bingo, but her ultimate joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her children, grandchildren and her canine companion, Mazy.

Surviving are two sons and two daughters, Tommy (Becky) Clifford, Bay City; Shannon Clifford, Bay City; Traci McFarland, Bay City and Justin Clifford, Bay City; a great-niece who she raised as her own, Taylor McCollom; six grandchildren, Julia, Ally, Joey, Bradley, Brady and Louie; one brother, Michael (Kim) Restifo; nephews and niece, Michael Restifo, Tommy Restifo, Sammy Restifo, Allison Marr and Anthony Restifo. She also had many other nieces, nephews and cousins including a close cousin, Marie. Cindy was preceded in death by her brother, Tom Restifo; her niece, Tricia Restifo.

Funeral Liturgy will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at St. Catherine of Siena Parish – St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 2956 E. North Union, Bay City, Michigan. Rev. Fr.

John Sarge will officiate. Private interment will take place in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Friends may visit at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. , (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Friday from 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of Mass. Family and friends will share memories at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
