Passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at St. Mary’s of Michigan. Age 82 years. The son of the late Harry C. and Mary M. (Swedo) Donajkowski, Harry was born January 25, 1937 in Alpena, Michigan.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Harry was employed at General Motors for over 40 years until his retirement. He was a charter member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Council #4232.

Harry enjoyed playing golf and bowling. Surviving are one brother and one sister, Delano Donajkowski, Anchorage, Alaska; Joan Souffrin, Saginaw; many nieces and nephews including Caesar Donajkowski Jr., with whom he made his home. Harry was preceded in death by a brother, Caeser Donajkowski, and by a brother-in-law, Dennis Souffrin.

Funeral liturgy will take place at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 5376 State Street in Saginaw. Rev. Fr.

Richard Bokinskie will officiate. Interment will follow in St. Andrew Cemetery where military honors will be presented by the U.S. Marine Corps and V.F.W. Post #1859. Friends may visit at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd.

, (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Monday from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and at St. Thomas Aquinas Church on Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until time of Mass. The Knights of Columbus Council #4232 will pray the Rosary 3:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
