Clara R. (Jackson) Fricke Lyons, 79, of Loyalhanna Township, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019 in The Grove At New Castle, New Castle, PA. Born February 11, 1939 in Pittsburgh, she was a daughter of the late Albert Dale Jackson & Clara Estelle (Noble) Jackson. Clara was a 1957 graduate of Washington Township High School, and owned/operated Clara Fricke’s Beauty Shop in Loyalhanna Township for more than 20 years.

In addition to her parents, Clara was preceded in death by her husband, William H. Lyons, who passed away on May 3, 1992; and a brother, Albert E. Jackson. She is survived by her daughters, Robin Fricke of Loyalhanna Township, Ronda Auen of York, PA; son, Ron (Deb) Fricke of Toledo, OH; grandchildren, Ronnie, Abbie, Landon, Logan, Eddie, Chelsie, Justin, Rosa; great grandchildren, Gavin, Piper, Kolton, Conner, Mason; sister-in-law, Linda Jackson of North Apollo; and niece & nephew, Troy & Tricia.

Friends will be received on Monday, January 14, 2019 from 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. in the Curran Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 701 Salt St., Saltsburg. A Celebration Of Life Tribute Service will take place on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment in Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg, PA.
