Girard – A prayer service will be held Sunday, June 3, 2018 at 5pm in Schiavone Funeral Home for Clarice V. Diggins Perrico, 68 who passed away Monday in Northside Medical Center. She was born July 3, 1949 in Pasadena, CA to her parents, George and Bertha Schaan Diggins. After marrying her husband on September 29, 1998, the couple moved to Youngstown in October of the same year.

She worked as a hairdresser for over 30 years and for the US Postal Service for 10 years. Clarice was fun loving and well versed on world events. She was a dancer and enjoyed knitting, quilting, and painting.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Richard A. “Rico” Perrico of Girard; children, Jim (Jodi) Irwin of California, Julie (Mike) Stamps of Nevada, Jason Irwin of Nevada, Gabriel Perrico of Florida; and grandchildren; Christopher, Nicolas, Connor, and Brandon. Friends and family will gather on Sunday from 2-5pm at the funeral home. The family askes that donations be made to Autism in Clarice’s name.
