Claude’s Obituary Funeral services for Claude Lee McGehee, 78, of Terrell, formerly of Wills Point, are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Allan Fuller Funeral Home Chapel in Wills Point. Interment will be at White Rose Cemetery in Wills Point. He passed away Tuesday afternoon, December 25, 2018, in Terrell.

Claude was born March 25, 1940, in Wills Point, the son of Arthur Lee McGehee and Lois Oletta Heir McGehee. He was raised in Wills Point, where he attended public school. In 1965, he moved to Terrell.

Claude was formerly employed by the Terrell Police Department for four years and was a car salesman for Musser Motor in Terrell for thirty years, retiring in 2005. He enjoyed gambling and cattle ranching. Claude was of the Church of Christ faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur and Oletta McGehee; brother, Tommy McGehee; sister, Peggy Morgan; aunt, Verna Mae Wesley; uncle & aunt, John & Leota Heir; niece, Martha McGehee Bell and a nephew, William Arthur Morgan. Claude is survived by three nieces, Lisa Renee Killian, Tracey McGehee and Terri Dawn Bullard; two nephews, Kevin Morgan and Jimmy McGehee; several great-nieces and nephews and a sister-in-law, Linda McGehee. Family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service on Saturday.
