Connie Allen, 66, of Hudson, Iowa, and formerly of Iowa Falls, Iowa passed away January 22, 2019 at the Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo. Funeral services for Connie Allen will be 2:15 pm Friday, January 25, 2019 at the Linn’s Funeral Home Chapel in Iowa Falls. There will be a visitation from 1:00 until 2:00 pm also on Friday, January 25, 2019 and also at Linn’s Funeral Home Chapel in Iowa Falls.

; Iowa Falls, Iowa 50126. Connie Jean Groff was born October 7, 1952 in Iowa Falls to Merle and Marjorie [Oleson] Groff. She attended the Iowa Falls Community Schools until grade 8 in 1966.

On December 3, 1980 she was united in marriage David Ray Allen in Rev. Surls’ home. To this union one child was born: Jayme; along with four other step-children from Ray.

During her life she worked at Riverside Book and Bible as a picker. Connie loved doing word searches and putting puzzles together. She also very much enjoyed time with her grandkids.

Connie Jean Allen is survived by her son: Jayme [Christina] Allen of Waterloo, Iowa; four step-children: Mark [Darla] Allen of Ellicott City, Maryland, Ron [Carol] Allen of Popejoy, Iowa, Boyd [Paula] Allen of Alden Iowa, and Jeff Allen of McKinney, Texas; two brothers: Larry [Sharon] Groff of Cheboygan, Michigan and Gary [Sharon] Groff of Iowa Falls, Iowa and two sisters: Sharon [Jim] Kiroff of Iowa Falls, and Sandi [Phil] Thorson of Marshalltown, Iowa; eleven grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and a very special friend: Ken Schumacher of Hudson, Iowa.
