Obituary for Connie Kennell Connie M. Kennell, 72, of Enon passed away Friday, June 8, 2018 at W.P.A.F.B. She was born April 13, 1946 in Dayton to the late Carrie Hall and Caryles Flayler. Connie loved super bowl parties, playing poker, and visiting local casinos.

She was always available to help others and her favorite to help with was the Greenon Band pizza sales. One of her biggest passions was going to Band Competitions. She retired from W.P.A.F.B. after 39 years of service working in their food service section.

Connie is survived by her husband, Leroy Kennell, whom she married in 1991, a daughter, Yelaina Ligier of Dayton, a step son, Lee Reid (Kim) Kennell of Troy, a (grand)daughter Allison (Stephen) Ligier, a granddaughter, Brittany (Will) Ligier, grandsons, Curtis (Destiny) Ligier, Dylan Ligier, a step granddaughter, Macy Kennell, four great-grandchildren: Gracie, Dazie, Gunner, Kannon, four siblings: Caryles (Theresa) Flayler, Jacqueline (Gary) Goubeaux, Leslie (Rick) Mooningham, Jeff (Karen) Flayler, best friends, Fred and Loma Rodriquez, the Weatherholt family (Eric, Carly, and Blake) a sister-in-law, Soni Flayler, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. A visitation will be held 5-8 pm Thursday, June 14, 2018 in Adkins Funeral Home, Enon. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the Shriners Children’s Hospital or the American Cancer Society.
