Obituary for Connie Sue Mullins It is with great sadness that we had to say goodbye to such a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Connie Sue Mullins passed away February 23, 2018, surrounded by her children after a short illness. She was born in Montgomery, West Virginia, and raised in Pratt, West Virginia.

At the time of her passing she was 70 years old and lived in Pelion, South Carolina. Connie will be always remembered by her children: Wayne and his wife, Beth, Victor, Elizabeth and her husband, Uriah; grandchildren, Lawson and his wife, Ashley, Kaylea, Eli, Anna, and Jake; sisters, Marianna Marquis, Jo Colb, Kay Gilbert and her husband, Butch, and Lolanda Cooper and her husband, Gerald; and many nieces and nephews. She loved her family immensely and lived selflessly for them and others.

Her devotion to her family was unequaled. She raised her children with endless love, compassion and understanding. Her physical absence will be greatly missed but her spirit will always be with those that knew and loved her.

Connie’s soft grace and dignity carried her through life. She enjoyed traveling, reading, campfire coffee, crossword puzzles, playing cards and any other activity that brought her family members together. A private celebration of her life is being prepared.
