Constance Ann “Connie” Valentine, age 79, of Ridge Manor, FL and formerly of New Windsor, died Monday, April 16, 2018 at Dade City Hospital, FL. Born February 6, 1939 in New Windsor, she was the daughter of the late Russell M. Koontz and Bernice Yohn Koontz. She was the wife of Rodney E. Valentine Sr., who predeceased her in 1993.

Connie was formerly employed with Carroll County Mutual Insurance, Westminster, retiring in 2001. She enjoyed bike riding, walking, and just… Read More » being outside. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Kim Valentine of Brooksville, FL; sisters, Bonnie Seibel-Talbert and husband Harold and Judy Coe and husband Jack, all of New Windsor; brother, Manro and Jeannette Koontz of Westminster; friend, Ron Holmlund; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by sisters, Vivian Parry and Patsy Green. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to New Windsor Volunteer Fire Dept.
