Cortlandt R. “Coke” Rosebro, Sr., 78, of Orange Park, FL passed away on Saturday April 14, 2018. He was born on November 16, 1939 in Gastonia, NC to the late Robert N. and Dorothy (Brown) Rosebro. Coke graduated from high school in June of 1957 and served in the United States Air Force from 1958 until 1962.

He married his college sweetheart, Betty L. Funderburk, January 5, 1963 and they graduated together from Belmont Abbey College in 1965. Coke began his career with Public Service Co. of NC as an engineer. He later retired from Gemaire Distributors in 2002.

Coke was greeted at Heaven’s Gate by his loving wife, Betty and son, Chet Rosebro. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his daughter, Lindsey Geiger (Bert); siblings, Anne Blanchard (Herb), Robert Rosebro, Jr. (Shirley) and David Rosebro; grandsons, Justin R. Geiger (Kimberly) and Christopher L. Geiger and a great-granddaughter, Emma Kate Geiger. The visitation will be held from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 in the Jacksonville Memory Gardens Chapel.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, April 19, 2018 in the Chapel. The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Coke’s honor to FL Sheriffs Youth Ranches at www.
