Cynthia Ann Rayburn passed away on February 22, 2019. Cindy was born in Fort Worth, Texas, on October 14, 1946, to the late Stephen and Bennie Ann Swiantek. She loved Elvis, going to the casino and her family.

She served as the activity and volunteer coordinator for SCAT and was a homemaker. Her beautiful smile, pink hair and wonderful sense of humor will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Survivors include her son, Steve Moore (Lorie); daughters, Kym Moore, Keri Bjork (David), Jeri Rayburn; grandchildren, Deri Foster, Lane Moore, Emily Moore, Luke Bjork, Savannah Bjork, Michelle DeOrange; first cousins, whom she loved as siblings, Billy Batis (Bettie), Kay Amos (Kenny), Morris Garner, and Carroll Moore.

Cindy was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Don Rayburn and step-brother, Richard Sloan. The family will hold a private memorial service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The American Heart and Lung Association.
