Loy Everett Fisher, 82, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away February 19, 2019 in Harrison Township, Michigan. He was born March 15, 1936 in the Oak Grove Community, Lonoke County, AR. Loy served in the U.S. Army and the National Guard during the Vietnam War.

He was an active member of Calvary Baptist Church for many years. Loy served as a past Master of Masonic Lodge #32. He enjoyed hunting, camping, NASCAR and spending time with family and friends.

Loy was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny and Florence Fisher; the mother of his children, Helen Fisher; and late wife, Consuelo “Connie” Fisher; and also his siblings: Billy Fisher, Franklin Fisher, and Brenda French. Survivors include his two children; son, Michael Fisher and fiancée, Deborah Krantz; daughter, Pamela Pate; grandchildren: James Michael Pate (Stephanie), Victoria Fisher, and Briana Fisher; great-grandchildren: James Hayden Pate, Bradley Pool, and Cloe’ Bucher; as well as many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, February 22, 2019 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home.

Funeral will be 2:00 PM, Saturday at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will follow at Oak Gove Cemetery near Austin.
