Cynthia Lynn Smith, 51, resident of Scotch Cross Road W, died Friday, September 7, 2018 at her residence after a long battle with cancer. Born October 31, 1966 in Pensacola, FL to the late Joel Dwight and Earlene Hulion Smith, she graduated from Greenwood High School and attended Piedmont Technical College, and was employed by Eaton Electronics. Cynthia enjoyed re-purposing furniture, reading, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are her daughters, Cintia Craven and husband Robert of Ninety Six, and Jessica Michelle Lewis of Greenwood; her sister, Darlene Smith of Greenwood; her grandchildren, Ikale Davis, Nathan Lucas Craven, Austin Lewis, and Adrianna Craven. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Penny Smith and a brother, Thomas Cowart.

Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday at 11:00 AM from Oakbrook Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Chuck Sprouse officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak section of the Park.

The family is at the home and will receive friends from 10:00 AM until the hour of service in the Mausoleum Chapel. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 1741 Greenwood, SC 29648.
