OBITUARY Cyrus Harley Fosnaugh December 5, 1929 – September 20, 2018 Cyrus Harley Fosnaugh, age 88, of Bartonville, passed away Thursday, Sep. 20, 2018 at 4:08 p.m. at his residence. He was born Dec.

5, 1929 in Glenwood, IL to Harley E. and Ruby M. (Peck) Fosnaugh. He first married Elizabeth Ann Moehring on June 5, 1965. She passed away Aug.

7, 1994. He later married Blanche E. Cogdal on Oct. 17, 1998.

She passed away June 28, 2017. He was also preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Edwin Fosnaugh. Survivors include one daughter, Carol Ann Fosnaugh and her partner, Delores Ely of Surfside.

, SC, and his caregiver, Nancy Cogdal of Bartonville. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and Air Guard serving from Oct. 1, 1961 till June 21, 1985.

Cyrus worked in maintenance at Caterpillar, Inc. for 28 years retiring Dec. 1, 1991. He was a member of the Creve Coeur Christian Church.

Graveside services with Military Honors will be Wednesday, Sep. 26, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Lakeside Cemetery in Pekin. Remmert Funeral Home in East Peoria is in charge of arrangements.
