Obituary for Dale Louis Motycka Dale Louis Motycka, 68, of Evansville, passed away Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital. Dale was born May 18, 1950 in Columbus, OH to Helen (Valasek) Motycka and the late Lewis Motycka. Dale was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and had worked as a fork truck operator for the Evansville Blind Association.

Surviving Dale are his son, Matt (Jenna) Motycka of Evansville; his mother, Helen Motycka of Russell, KY; a sister, Kathleen (Jeffrey) Smith of Huntington, WV; one brother, Lawrence (Katherine) Motycka of Lenexa, KS and two grandchildren, Eli and Jacob Motycka. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial held at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 5, 2018 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Rev. Homero Rodriguez officiating.

Burial will follow in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. Friends may visit with the family from 10:00 AM until service time on Friday at Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
