OBITUARY Dallas Sanders Jr. October 15, 1923 – August 30, 2018 Dallas Sanders was born on October 15, 1923 in Rowan County, North Carolina and passed away on August 30, 2018 in Lufkin, Texas FAMILY Tommy and Susan Sanders, Son and Daughter-in-law Michael and Melanie Sanders, Son and Daughter-in-law Dallas is also survived by grandchildren and their spouses: Matt and Courtney Sanders of Lufkin, Jeff and Ashley Sanders, Jennifer and Allen Livingston, all of College Station, Travis and Nicole Sanders of Texas City, Nathan and Angel Sanders of Ft. Drum, NY, Brandon Briggs of Baycliff and Corey Briggs of Texas City; 10 great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents, Chloe (Weaver) and Dallas George Sanders; his wife of 72 years, Lila Lee Sanders in February, 2018; and granddaughter, Monica Sanders.
