Obituary for Daniel Alan Greer CHATHAM, Daniel Alan Greer, age 52, of 564 Calvary Road Chatham, VA, entered into rest on April 18, 2018 at his residence. He was born on November 30, 1965, in Oakland CA, the son of the late James Joseph Greer and the late Elizabeth Garrett Greer. He was married to the late Candice Greer.
Daniel was a loving brother and friend who will be greatly missed. He enjoyed motorcycles, camping, fishing, and crabbing. He is survived by his three sisters, Deborah Preston, Patricia Ann Gamboa, Janet Lee Vela; four brothers, Michael Garrett, Winfred Greer, Timothy Greer, James Joseph Greer, Jr. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Greer.
Memorial services will be conducted at Scott Funeral Home on Monday, April 23, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Minister Bob Paddock officiating. Scott Funeral Home & Cremation Services in Chatham is serving the Greer family. scottfuneralhomechatham.com.
