David M. Angel, 76, Upper Yoder Twp. , died July 24, 2018. He was born December 14, 1941, in Burnsville, NC, son of the late Derrick and Mary (Harrold) Angel.

He is survived by his loving wife Jacquellyn (Castania) Angel; daughter Sherri Angel, Pittsburgh; granddaughter Violet Angel; brother Dean Angel and sister Wanda Mardis and husband, Elwood both of Mt. Pleasant; and several nieces and nephews. David was a Navy veteran serving aboard the USS Hyades, as an electrician’s mate, and retired from the wire mill division of Bethlehem Steel.

He was a member of Our Mother of Sorrows Catholic Church. He was an avid golfer, playing daily at Berkeley Hills. a Pens fan and loved listening to the blues, but most important to him was his family.

Following Dave’s wishes, services will be private, with Very Rev. Mark Begly officiating. Interment Grandview Cemetery.
