David’s Obituary David John Champagne, 57 went to be with the Lord on Monday January 28,2019 at 11:00 P.M.. He was a native of Raceland and longtime resident of Montegut,LA A visitation will be held in his honor on Friday February 1 ,2019 at the Chapel Dauphine of Chauvin Funeral Home from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM with a Liturgy of the Word service at 7:00 PM. Interment at a later date in St. Mary’s Nativity Cemetery, Raceland,LA.

Mr. David is survived by his loving Mother: Gladys (Jeanette) Roussell Champagne. His loving son Brian and wife Amberly Champagne and their children, Briley and Mason Champagne. , and his loving daughter Brandi and her husband Brandon Anderson and their children Coen Champagne, Brycen and Damien Anderson.

Brother: Gary and wife Lori Champagne and sisters Kathy and husband Faron Levron and Denise and husband Robert Ledet. He was preceded in death by his Father: Clarence P. Champagne. Maternal grandparents: Louis Sr. and Gladys Roussell.

. Paternal grandparents: Eugene and Pearl Champagne. Mr. David was a self-employed fisherman who was most happy being in the company of family and friends.
