Obituary for David James Boyd David J. Boyd of Auburndale, FL passed away Monday, October 8, 2018. He was 69. A native of Rogers, Ohio, born December 29, 1948 to Ronald and Rose Boyd, David moved here 25 years ago from Ohio.

He was a Diesel Mechanic for L. Dicks Citrus, a US Navy veteran who served in Vietnam, and he was a member of the Apostle & Prophet Ministry of Jesus Christ in Auburndale. David is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Sue Boyd of Auburndale, his son David Boyd (Sarita) of Auburndale; his daughters: Melinda Jacobs (Mark) of Lake Alfred, FL, and Roselyn Cayson (Aaron) of Auburndale; 9 surviving siblings (one deceased); and his grandchildren: Blake, Chloe, Collin, McKayla, Devin, Tyler, Emma, Trevor, and Grayson. Visitation will be Thursday from 6 to 8 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.

Funeral services will be Friday, 2:00 PM from the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Auburndale Memorial Park. Condolences to the family can be sent to: www.
