Dave Berg, of Sheboygan, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2018 at his home surrounded by his family. He was 65 years old. Dave was born September 19, 1952 in Sheboygan, the son of LeRoy and Ethel (nee Anderson) Berg.

He attended school in Sheboygan Falls, graduating in 1972 as a proud Falcon. On September 21, 1985, he was united in marriage with Jane Zeman at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Sheboygan Falls. For over 40 years, Dave worked at PLENCO in various positions.

Dave was an avid fan of his beloved Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks, and proud season ticket holder of the Green Bay Packers since the 1970’s. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing trips to Lake Erie and Canada, coaching his son’s sports teams, drives in his corvette, refereeing various sporting events within his community, bonding with his wife (to make brownie points), and spending time with his sons.

Dave is survived by his wife Jane and their sons: David (Jenna Przybylski) and Aaron (Lauren Morman). He is further survived by his mother Ethel of Sheboygan Falls, mother-in-law Ruth Zeman of Two Rivers, brother-in-law Jim (Lisa) Zeman of Oshkosh, sister-in-law Vicky (Leon) Struck of Kewaunee, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends. He is preceded in death by his father LeRoy and father-in-law Robert Zeman.

Funeral Services will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, April 29, 2018 at First United Lutheran, 2401 Kohler Memorial Drive in Sheboygan. The family will receive visitors at the church on Sunday from 1:00-4:00 PM. The family would like to thank Dr. George Bobustuc and Aurora at Home Hospice for their compassionate care, and their many friends and family members for their support over the last 19 months.
