David L. Jahn, 73 of Mantua, passed away Tuesday July 17, 2018 at the Hospice of the Western Reserve in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born in Ravenna , Ohio on September 15, 1944 to the late Robert and Hazel (Snyder) Jahn. David has been a lifelong Mantua resident and retired as a heavy equipment operator from Standard Lafarge.

He was a member of the Coleman Collector’s Club and was an avid gun collector. Survivors include his children Cindi Jahn of Cleveland Hts. , David A. Dennis, Angie McMasters all of Mantua, Scott (Natalie) Kruszewski of Texas and his significant other Barbara Durik.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Roberta Scaletta, Larry and Richard Jahn. Calling hours will be 6-8 PM Friday July 20, 2018 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel where funeral services will be 11:00 Am Saturday July 21, 2018 with Rev. Jo Ann Mlakar officiating.

Burial will follow in Westlawn Cemetery Mantua, Ohio. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Hospice of The Western Reserve 300 East 185th St. Cleveland, Ohio 44119. Condolences and memories of David may be shared with his family at www.
