David L. Lindemuth “Lindy”, age 77 died in his sleep on Sunday, September 16, 2018 at Kindred Hearts following a battle with dementia. He was born on January 10, 1941 in Appleton, WI son of the late Lester and Marjorie (Walker) Lindemuth. David graduated from Kaukauna High School and received a scholarship to Milwaukee School of Engineering.

He was a US Air Force Veteran, serving for 4 years. In 1965, Dave married Dianne Lynch at St. Therese Catholic Church, Appleton. David began his career as an Electrical Supervisor at Giddings & Lewis and retired as Facility Manager at Voith.

A year after retirement he worked as a body and paint salesman for Automotive Supply Company. Dave was also employed at Wisconsin International Raceway for 48 years as the announcer for the Drag Strip. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dianne; his children: Chris (Kristine), Kelly (Tony) Ashauer and Kimberly (Rich) Van Sistine; 10 grandchildren: Connor, Dayton, Breanna, April, Zach, Seth, Olivia, Claudia, Naomi and Amelia; stepmother, Fran; siblings: Tom (Jan), Karen (John) Bass, Paul (Michael) and sister-in-law, Debbie Schultz.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his father and mother-in-law, Sylvester and Marion Lynch, sister Mary and brother-in-law, Al Seefeldt. Funeral service for Dave will be at 12 Noon on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at ST. KATHARINE DREXEL PARISH at ST.

MARY CHURCH, 119 West Seventh St., Kaukauna with Fr. Kyle Sladek officiating. Friends may call directly at church from 9:00 a.m. until the time of services.
