Obituary for David Lee Brooks David Lee Brooks, 66 of 1116 Epworth Camp Road East, Ninety Six, husband of Donna Simpson Brooks, died Saturday, September 15, 2018 at Self Regional Medical Center. Born in Burlington, NC, he was the son of the late Rev. George Thomas Brooks and Annie Mae Comer Brooks.

David was a retired Mechanical Engineer from Pfizer and Warren Lambert. He was a member of the SC Wildlife Federation and the NWTF. David was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by a son, David Wayne Brooks and a sister, Jessie Mae Brooks. Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are his daughter, Amy Brooks of Epworth and a sister, Mary Hall (Jeff) of Burlington, NC. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Burlington, NC where he will be laid to rest by his son.
