Rosas (71) went to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 6, 2018. David (Sonny) was preceded in death by his parents, David and Belia Rosas. He is survived by his daughter, Naomi Rolen and husband David; son, David (Bubba) Rosas; his sister Linda Garcia and husband Henry; six grandchildren; one great grandson; numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members and friends.

He graduated from Edison High School in 1966. David (Sonny) was a veteran and proudly served his country in both the Navy and Army as an Air Traffic Controller for 20+ years. David (Sonny) was a fun loving guy and would help out others when he could.

He will be greatly missed. Visitation will be held at Heritage Oaks Mortuary Chapel, Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 5:00p.m. Interment will be a graveside service at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, Friday December 21, 2018 at 11:15a.m., departing from Heritage Oaks mortuary at 10:45a.m. SERVICES Visitation Thursday, December 20, 2018 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Heritage Oaks Mortuary 2502 South W.W.
