Columbus – Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 26, at 11:00 am at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown, with Rev. Steve Simmons officiating, for David R. Hamill, 55, who passed away Thursday at home. David was born December 30, 1963, in Youngstown a son of Dennis R. and Nancy S. Williams Hamill.

He was raised in New Middletown and moved to Columbus after graduating college. He was a computer network administrator for Elmer’s Glue. David was a member of the Bethel Church of the Brethren in New Middletown.

He enjoyed gaming, programming, and trying different kinds of food. He loved to spend time with his nephews. David leaves his mother and father of Canal Winchester, OH, three sisters Kristine Weaver of Lithopolis, OH, Judy (Jess) Stottsberry and Ginger Hamill both of Canal Winchester, OH, and five nephews Ryan (Aishwarya) Weaver, twins Adam and Andrew Weaver, and twins Nathan and Justin Stottsberry.

Friends may call today, Monday, February 25, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and on Tuesday, February 26, from 10:00 to 11:00 am, one hour before the service, at the Clemente Funeral Home in New Middletown. This obituary may be viewed and condolences sent at www. ClementeFuneralHomes.com.
