William M. Baum, Jr., 49 Hubbard: William M. Baun, Jr. 49, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, February 15, 2019 at Sharon Regional Hospital with his loving family by his side. William, known by his family and friends as “Billy,’ was born on May 11, 1969 in Youngstown, the son of William M. and Mary T. (Lyden) Baum, Sr He graduated from East High School in Youngstown in 1987 when he chose to proudly serve our country as a Marine.

Billy retired from the Marines Corp, after 23 years of service. After retiring, Billy spent time with his family and friends. He was a member of VMFA 122 of Beaufort, South Carolina and VMFA 112 of Fort Worth, Texas.

He enjoyed playing pool, darts, having cookouts and spending time with his family and friends. Billy leaves to cherish his memory, his parents, Bill & Mary Baum; two sisters, Cathy Baum and Charity Ginnis and brother-in-law, Tom; a brother Michael Baum; two nieces, Shayla Baum and Mary Ginnis and two nephews, George Ginnis and Shawn Baum; a good friend Frank Masimore and his entire Marine Corp Family. Per Billy’s wishes, there will be no calling hours or funeral service at this time.

Billy was devoted son, brother, uncle and a friend to all he met. He was a proud Marine and was honored to serve his country in the military. He will be dearly missed.
