Delmajean Violet Oaks of Ludlow Falls, age 77, passed away on June 2, 2018. She was born to the late Delmer A. and Evelyn L. (Rice) Davis on January 7, 1941 in Galapolis, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her husband, Jerry K. Oaks, and sister Genevieve Emmel.

She will be missed and remembered by her loving children Terri Oaks and Bobbi Weisenbarger of Troy and Jerry (Lista) Oaks, Jr. of West Milton; 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and her brother Delmer (Joy) Davis of Lakeland, Florida. Delmajean was a graduate of Miami East High School. She loved playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, June 7, 2018 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton, with Pastor Arthur Weisenbarger officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:30 – 10:30 AM on Thursday, prior to the service. Memories and condolences may be left for the family online at www.
