Phillips of Cookeville, TN died on Saturday February 23, 2019 in his home. He is Survived by his children, Kayla and Andrew Wheeler and Jesse Phillips both of Cookeville. His father and stepmom, Cecil and Doris Phillips of Dodson Branch.

His three sisters and one brother Cecillia and Rene Garcia of Florida, his twin sister Denise and Donnie Faass of Virginia, Trina and don Bissonette of Florida and Skip Phillips of Florida. He is also survived by his three granddaughters Kadense, Jorja and Zoey. He also has extended family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother and step father, Theresa and Rene Garcia, his nephew Cian Bissonette. He also has many friends and family. a memorial service will be planned at a later date.
