Obituary for Dennis Kaye Fox Dennis K. Fox, 70, passed away Thursday, May 31, 2018. He was born November 3, 1947 to the late Harry and Marge (Watson) Fox. Dennis was united in marriage to Sharon Tawney on August 14, 1982.

Dennis honorably served in the U.S. Army until his medical retirement in 1969 because of a physical disability. Dennis is survived by his wife, Sharon Fox; daughter, Alice (Nicolas) Holibaugh; grandchildren, Sierra Holibaugh and Delanie Holibaugh; and great-grandchildren, Emmitt and Olivia. He was preceded in death by his brother, Stephen Fox.

In life, Dennis loved being surrounded by his family at all times. He was very proud of them and loved them very much. Especially his grands and great grands.

Emmitt was his “favorite person in the whole world” and his “Pud”. He was a hard worker his whole life and loved being a truck driver, being able to see the country. He also loved fishing and hunting and one of his biggest things he enjoyed the later part of his life was a show called Supernatural.

He loved sitting and watching it with us. “Family don’t end with blood”. The family will greet friends on Monday, June 4th from 2-4 and 6-8pm at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Galesburg Chapel, 145 W. Battle Creek St. Interment will be Tuesday, 2:00pm at Ft.

Custer National Cemetery. Those wishing to attend should arrive at the funeral assembly area between 1:45 – 2:00pm. Memorials may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
