Obituary for Diane Peckenpaugh Shirley Diane Peckenpaugh age 70, of Henderson, KY, passed away at 10:43PM, Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN. Diane was a hard-working, talented woman, but most importantly, she was an amazing mother. She gave her kids opportunities to have excellent experiences.

She was very active in their lives; whether it was at 4-H, band boosters, or attending concerts, she was always there. Diane was a talented seamstress and worked as a dress maker at a dress factory when she was younger. Later in life she enjoyed quilting as a hobby and was never far from her sewing room.

Diane was a bus driver for 27 years. She was highly regarded and well known by parents and students in Henderson County. In addition to her parents, William and Mary Lou Clark, Diane was preceded in death by her sister Lois Marie Clark Newton.

Survivors include: Husband, of 53 years Randy William Peckenpaugh, of Henderson, KY 2 Daughters: Michelle Peckenpaugh, of Henderson, KY Sabrina Smither and her husband Sean, of Adairsville, GA Sister: Doris Fay Clark, of Henderson, KY Brother: Norris Ray Clark and his wife Donna, of Henderson, KY 2 Grandchildren: Ashton Paige Smither and William Ian Smither Relatives and friends are invited to Diane’s Life Celebration from 3:00-6:00PM Sunday, March 4, 2018 and again on Monday starting at 11:00AM at Tapp Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 1:00PM on Monday at the funeral home with Rev. Cameron Nations officiating.
