Obituary for Carolyn E. Davis Carolyn E. Davis, age 67, of Henderson, KY passed away at 4:56 p.m. Thursday Nov. 8, 2018 at Deaconess Midtown, Evansville, In. Carolyn was kind and gentle showing unwavering love and support regardless of the way someone treated her.

She loved deeply, was respectful and honest. Carolyn stood by her children and was relentless when standing in the battle for their souls. She always put herself last.

Carolyn was a peacekeeper. She hated strife and did all she could to prevent it. Looking back, she definitely knew how to stand the test of time and fight this fight.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents Bonnie and William Roy Wilkerson; son William Jesse Davis; and sister Lola B. West. Survivors include: daughter, Lori Meacham; son, James Lee “Jimmy” Davis Jr.; sisters, Mary Ann Rigdon, Nancy Patterson, Betty Wilkerson, and Debbie Butler; brothers, Michael Wilkerson, and Billy West; ten grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Carolyn’s Life Celebration from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 12, 2018 and again on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until the service time.

The funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Haven Pentecostal Church, 425 Kresge Dr. Henderson, KY with Pastor Mark Carter and Pastor Phil Wagoner officiating.
