On October 4, 2018, Dianna Lynn Mills, devoted mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family. Dianna was born on August 25, 1952, in Danville, Illinois, to the late Beverly and Harry Mills Sr She attended Bismarck schools and graduated Bismarck High School Class of 1970.

She then worked at the Pancake House in Danville Il, until she moved to Tennessee to pursue a Nursing degree. Dianna attended Nursing school in Jackson Tennessee, and She worked as an LPN for over 35 years in Tennessee and Illinois, only recently retiring from HCR Manorcare in Paxton. Dianna enjoyed caring for others and was born to be a nurse.

She was very close to and devoted to her daughter and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling with her daughter, and hosting holiday parties. She loved building puzzles, playing Bingo on her computer and taking care of her beloved pitbull Clover.

Dianna was preceded in death by her parents Harry and Beverly Mills, and her beloved sister Debra Randolph. She leaves to cherish her memory, her only daughter Cassandra Hodge (Marco Vancamp), her brother Harry (Tina) Mills II, her sister Jacqueline Juluis, her grandchildren Tyler, Deavyn, Jaxon, Kyden and LeAsia, and a host of aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews and special friends. A memorial service will be held at Faith Church of Christ in Danville IL on Monday, October 8 at 5 PM.

Flowers are welcome, donations for expenses may be made to the family in lieu of flowers.
