He wa preceded in death by his father, Banner Fleming; his mother, “Lady” Jane Fleming; sister, Arbutus Mullins; and brother, Eddie Mullins Jr. Survivors Include: Wife: Creasie Fleming Sister: Rebecca Mullins Sons: Rodney Fleming (Teresa) and Carroll Fleming (Angie) Grandchildren: Tawnya Horne, Tara Toohey, Nakesha Fleming, Samantha Kohut, Ashley Fleming, and Kaitlyn Fleming (Tiny) Great Grandchildren: Londen Horne, Jax Kohut, Rok Horne, Nevaeh Finley, and Jett Kohut Pallbearers: Denver Kelly, Daniel Toohey, Ernie Mullins, Daniel Horne, “Boomer” Kendrick, and Londen Horne Honorary Pallbearers: Charlie Dotson, Jeremy Rose, Freddie Fleming, Cody Fleming, and Mike Kohut Funeral services will be conducted Thursday January 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with Lester Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in Temple Hill Memorial Park, Castlewood, Virginia.
