Born September 3, 1936 in Cleveland, OH to the late Edward and Agnes Rybnicek. Devoted wife of the late Henry Wozniak; cherished mother of Wayne Wozniak (Linda), Gary Wozniak (Renee), and Ellen Poole (Christopher); beloved grandmother of Dayna Wozniak (Jeremy), Daniel Wozniak (Brandy), Chelsea Wozniak, and Kyle Fritz (Jennifer), and Brittany Lavigne (Albert II); loving great grandmother of Justin, Donna, and Barrett Fritz, Albert III and Asher Lavigne, Olivia and Cayden Wozniak.

Visitation will take place Sunday, June 17, 2018 from 1PM – 5PM at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd. , North Olmsted, OH 44070. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, June 18, 2018 at 10AM at St. Brendan Church, 4242 Brendan Lane, North Olmsted 44070.

Interment immediately following in Sunset Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Dolores’ name are suggested to Ursuline Sisters of Cleveland, 2600 Lander Rd. , Pepper Pike, OH 44124.
