Obituary for Elmer R. Godsey Elmer R. Godsey, age 90, of Berea, passed away peacefully, Sunday, June 24, 2018. Born October 30, 1927 in Crossville, TN to the late Lewis and Stacy Godsey. U.S. Army Air Corps veteran.

Elmer enjoyed country music, horseshoes and a good bottle of beer or a margarita with his friends. He loved his family and friends and cherished all the time he got to spend with them. He will be deeply missed.

Cherished father of Allan (Susan) Godsey and Sherry Mazzeo; devoted grandfather of Stacey (Carter) Lehmann, Corrie (Nick) Mazzeo-Gulich, and David Godsey; beloved great pepaw of Sawyer and Rowan Gulich, loving great grandfather of Taiven and Emmalynn Godsey; loving brother of the late Velma Norris. Visitation will take place Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 1PM – 3PM and 5PM – 7PM in the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd. , North Olmsted, OH 44070 where funeral service will commence Friday at 10AM.
