Obituary for Mrs. Dolores “Dolly” Wantuch Mrs. Dolores L. “Dolly” Wantuch, 76, passed away Sunday, April 29, 2018, in Grand Rapids. She was born January 19, 1942 to Vincent and Florence (Johnson) Schreurs in Chicago, and moved to Whitehall from South Holland, IL in 2002. She was a member of Ferry Memorial Church and was an avid bridge player at the Senior Center in Montague.

On February 11, 1961 Dolly married Edward P. Wantuch, and he survives her along with 3 children: Elizabeth Bartsch, Christopher (Dawn) Wantuch, Matthew (Cathy) Wantuch; 5 grandchildren: Kacey Bartsch, Samantha, Bailey, Lea and Connor Wantuch; 1 brother: Randall (Susan) Halter; and her beloved dog Mr. Gibbs. The memorial gathering will be held Saturday, May 5, at Ferry Memorial Church, 8637 Old Channel Trail, Montague, from 1-4 PM, with a time of sharing beginning at 2:00. Refreshments will be provided following the time of sharing.
