Obituary for Domingo Z. Capetillo Domingo Zarate Capetillo 69, went to be with the Lord on Monday, July 16, 2018. Domingo was born to Ejinio and Fameliza Capetillo on January 16, 1949 in Raymondville, Texas. He is preceded in death by his father, Ejinio Capetillo; his mother, Fameliza Villarreal and “dad” Guadalupe Villarreal.

Left behind to treasure his memory are are his loving and devoted wife, Nilda Capetillo; two sons, Martin (April) Capetillo and Jaime Capetillo; four grandsons, Martin Capetillo, Jr., Marcus Abrian Capetillo, Derek Capetillo, Jacob Capetillo and three siblings, Frances Barrientos, Martina Villarreal, Elvia Murad and numous nieces and nephews. Domingo lead a full life and devoted himself to helping others. His most admirable quality was his love for his family.

He will be remembered for his devotion to his family, friends and customers. Visitation will begin Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. a prayer service will be at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday, July 20, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Rudy Garza Chapel of Peace and interment will follow at Combes Cemetery under the auspices of the American Legion Post #205. The Capetillo family would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff at VBMC specifically those at CCU for the loving care and attentiveness.
