Obituary for Irene Flores Irene A. Flores, 72 of Harlingen, TX entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 2, 2018. She was born on September 10, 1945 in San Benito TX to the late Bartolo and Maria G. Arellano. She is also preceded in death by a son Carlos Flores and a brother Teodoro (Ted) Arellano, Sr. Left behind to treasure her memory is her husband of 55 years, Eustaquio Flores, Jr; her daughters and sons Samuel (Dahlia) Flores, Cynthia Flores, Sylvia Flores, Steve Flores and Alberto Flores; 2 grandsons, Joey and Bryan Flores; four sisters, one brother, numerous in-laws, nieces, nephews and a host of friends.

Visitation will be held from 1:00pm-9:00pm on Thursday, July 5, 2018 in the Rudy Garza Funeral Home Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00am on Friday, July 6, 2018 at St. Helens Catholic Church with burial to follow at Ashland Memorial Park. Honored to serve as pallbearers will be Samuel Flores, Steve Flores, Alberto Flores, Joey Flores, Bryan Flores, and Eddie Arellano.
