Donald’s Obituary Donald Eugene Ward Jr., age 65 of Burkburnett was called home on Friday February 1st 2019. Don was born in Los Angeles California on January 18th 1954 to Donald and Bonnie Ward. Don, also known as Papaw will be missed by many, including his wife, Mickey, remaining siblings Ron, Kim and Kelly, his son Don, daughter in law Amy and granddaughters Saige, Karis, Taegen and Emma as well as the many other friends and family members that loved him greatly.

Don served our country proudly during his 32 years of combined Air Force and civil service. Don had a passion for God, life, family and friends. He loved hunting, fishing, his guitars, carpentry and watching “his girls” play volleyball.

Please join us in a celebration of Dons’ life at 6:00 pm on Thursday February 7th at The River Assembly of God in Burkburnett. Donations to The River Assembly of God will be accepted at the service in lieu of flowers.
